OAA Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations that occur 48 hours after the purchase of the following products and services:

• OAA Membership
• OAA Fellowship
• OAA Periodicals (brochures, booklets, promotionals, etc.) and
• OAA DVDs

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations that occur after the order of Customized DVDs or Customized Brochures / Booklets.

OAA sponsored events, meetings, or otherwise specified services are subject to the following refund policy:

• All OAA sponsored events, meetings, and other services are 100% refundable provided the cancellation request is made 30 days in advance of said program and there will be a $50 administrative fee deducted from the refunded charge.
